Jeff's Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

• 3/4 C whipping cream
• 1/2 C mayo
• 1/2 C prepared horseradish
• 2 T Dijon mustard
• Dash of sugar, salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine mayo, horseradish and mustard in bowl and set aside.

Whip cream until fluffy and fold into mayo mixture.

Great w/prime rib.
