Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg white
- 1 14-ounce bag sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Pour batter into a 13x9” pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk and an egg white. With a rubber spatula, mix in the coconut and salt. Once mixed, put the mixture over top of the brownie batter.
Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
