Step 1

heat up skillet with butter and olive oil and add 8 oz mushroom and ¼ c chopped chives and heat for about four minutes until soft, then add lost of pepper, 1 tbsp Dijon style mustard, ½ c beef broth, ¼ c whipping cream, salt and cumin. Heat to boil and reduce heat. Let sauce reduce. I tried this on 7/11/09 and put it on steak and it was very good. Would also be good on chicken.
