- 1 pkg. shell macaroni
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese has melted and mixture is hot.
Optional additions: ham, chicken, ground beef, bell pepper
