  • 1 pkg. shell macaroni
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper


Cooking time 30mins


Step 1

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Add remaining ingredients and stir until cheese has melted and mixture is hot.

Optional additions: ham, chicken, ground beef, bell pepper
