I made this Christmas Brie for our last holiday gathering and everyone loved it! I'll be making it again this year, the year after... and the next year... yup it's that good! Happy Holidays!
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups cranberries
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- Wheel of brie (large or small)
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 35mins
Mix water and sugar over low heat. Bring to a boil.
Add in remaining ingredients. Cook on low until it thickens.
Pour over brie and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes (or until brie is soft and bubbly).
Serve warm with crackers or apples
