Ingredients
- Veal Shank (1 per person)
- 1 C Carrot,Celery and spanish onion medium chop
- 2 1/2 C White Wine (or Red)
- 2 C Chicken Stock
- 2 T Tomato paste
- 2 or 3 bay leaves
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can diced tomatos drained
- 1 t Tyme (1/4 dry)

Step 1
Sear Shank in EVOO
Saute Veggies
Add paste, wine simmer
Add stock, tyme and bay leaves and garlic simmer
add Shank cover and roast at 350 for 3 hours
