Ingredients

  • Veal Shank (1 per person)
  • 1 C Carrot,Celery and spanish onion medium chop
  • 2 1/2 C White Wine (or Red)
  • 2 C Chicken Stock
  • 2 T Tomato paste
  • 2 or 3 bay leaves
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatos drained
  • 1 t Tyme (1/4 dry)

Preparation

Step 1

Sear Shank in EVOO
Saute Veggies
Add paste, wine simmer
Add stock, tyme and bay leaves and garlic simmer
add Shank cover and roast at 350 for 3 hours
