CROCKPOT BEEF STROGANOFF

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Cut Up Beef
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Beef Broth
- 1/3 lb sliced Mushrooms
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- Cooked Egg Noodles

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Put in cut up beef and shake until coated.
2. Place beef in the bottom of the crockpot. Mix garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and broth and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
3. Turn heat to high, add mushrooms.
4. Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
