Sausage, Cheese and Egg Bake

  • 1 C. Bisquick Mix
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp. Dried Onions
  • 1 tsp. Parsley Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 6 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 lb. Ground Sausage, browned
  • Half stick Butter



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Cut up butter in a 9x13, and throw into the oven to melt. Mix all the ingredients in the order given in a bowl. Mix together, then pour the mixture into the 9x13 and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
