Pork Chops - soy sauce marinated

Ingredients
- 4 6 to 7 oz bone in pork chops
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 3 T lime juice
- 2 T sugar
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 T cider vinegar
- 2 to 3 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 cups mixed spring greens
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except greens and cilantro and Marinate pork chops in baking dish. Let stand 20 min. at room temp. Turning occasionally
In a small saucepan bring remaining soy sauce mixture to boiling. Boil gently 1-2 min. Or until reduced to about 1/4 cup; set aside
Grill - place greens on platter and top with chops. Drizzle soy sauce mixture on top. Sprinkle with cilantro
