Ingredients

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 pound broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/8 t onion powder
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 1/8 t Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, season with paprika and cook in skillet with small amount of olive oil over med high heat. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

3. Steam broccoli till until crisp but tender.

4. In a small bowl mix together soups, mayo, and all of the spices, set aside.

5. In a 9x13 dish layer chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing over the top and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 mins.
