Ingredients
- 4 or 5 pound chuck roast
- 1 large onion
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups ketchup
- 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 T. prepared mustard
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1 T. salt
- 3 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
Put onion and celery through grinder or process in food processor. Put in a saucepan and add all other ingredients except beef. Heat until quite hot - Don't boil.
Pour over meat. Bake in covered roaster at 350' for 4 to 6 hours.
Cool, pull apart with fork.
