Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 quart milk
  • One dash pepper
  • Refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Step 1

Cook sausage in skillet and drain fat. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir well. Cook flower and sausage together for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add milk a little at a time and cook over medium heat until thickened. Add pepper. Serve over biscuits.
