Ingredients
- Beef round or Tenderlion leave fat on meat
- Sliced onions
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder

Step 1
Preheat oven 375-400 degrees
Place onions , salt , pepper & garlic powder on bottom of pan , put meat on top & more salt pepper & garlic powder on meat.
Pour water to cover bottom pan approx 2 inches
Use meat therm cook to medium 125-135
Thinly slice take yo butcher or deli ( will not taste the same if not sliced thinly by butcher)
Trim fat
Keep water as juice to serve , can add lard to juice to enhance flavor
Serve with gonnella bread
Hot giardiniera
