- 1 8 OZ. BAG SHREDDED CHEDDAR OR TACO CHEESE

SAUTE' GARLIC AND ONION IN A LITTLE OLIVE OIL UNTIL SOFT
ADD BUTTER UNTIL MELTED
ADD CLAMS, BRING TO A BOWL, APPROX. 3 MINS.
ADD BREAD CRUMBS AND MIX UNTIL SOFT
SQUIRT LEMON JUICE AND SPRINKLE OREGANO IN PAN, MIX THOROUGHLY
TRANSFER TO DEEP PIE DISH
ADD SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP AN BAKE 10 MINS. IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN
