Ingredients
- 8 oz Shell Macaroni
- 1 Cup Shredded Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Cup Grated Wisconsin Romano Cheese
- 1 lbs fresh lobster meat chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
- 3 tbs butter
- pinch nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbs cream sherry

Step 1
boil macaroni in salted water, following package directions. drain. saute lobster meat in butter. Cover bottom of a 2 qt baking dish with a layer of macaroni, a layer of cheddar and romano cheese, green onion, salt, cayenne pepper and nutmeg. continue layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cheddar and romano layer. whisk milk, cream, egg and sherry together, pour over the top, cover with buttered bread crumbs, and bake in a 350 oven for 25-35 minutes until brown.
