Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 7 ounces macaroni
• cheddar cheese, shredded
• bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Bring to a boil first 5 ingredients stirring until thickens.
Boil macaroni.
Grease dish. Layer macaroni, sauce, cheese. Repeat.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Dot with margarine.
Bake 20-30 minutes. 350
