Ingredients
- fajita spices:
- ◾1 tbsp coconut oil for frying
- ◾1 can (8oz) salmon
- ◾2 tbsp coconut flour
- ◾2 tsp fajita spices*
- ◾1/3 tsp chili powder
- ◾sprinkle of cayenne pepper
- ◾1 scallion, finely chopped
- ◾1 egg
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Preparation
Step 1
1.Open the can of salmon, dump in a medium bowl, and remove the skin and any large bones (small ones are fine to leave it! calcium nom)
2.Shred up the salmon using a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the coconut oil) so the bowl and mix thoroughly.
3.preheat a pan to medium heat, melt the oil, and form into patties, placing them all on the pan.
4.cook for about 5 minutes, until golden brown on the one side, and then flip.
5.cook for another 3 – 5 minutes.
