  • 1 14.5 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES ( YOUR CHOICE ), JUICE REMOVED
  • 1-1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 CUP DICED RED ONION
  • 1 BUNCH CILANTRO CHOPPED
  • 1 1/2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • OPTIONAL
  • 1/2 TSP CAYENNE ( MORE IF YOU WANT A HOTTER KICK )

Step 1

CUT AVOCADOS IN HALF, REMOVE SEED, THEN REMOVE PULP FROM SKIN AND PLACE IN FOOD PROCESSOR

ADD IN LIME JUICE, SALT, DICED ONION, CILANTRO, GARLIC AND CAYENNE BLEND UNTIL CREAMY SMOOTH

ADD IN DICED TOMATOES .. PULSE TILL MIXED .

TRANSFER INTO A PLASTIC CONTAINER AND CHILL 1 HOUR, THEN SERVE.
