- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup roasted meat drippings
- 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson Beef Broth (1 3/4 cups)

Step 1
Stir flour and drippings in roasting pan. Cook and stir 1 min. over medium heat. Gradually stir in broth. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Serve over roasted meat.
