Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing
- 2 - 10 ounce packages chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Roll into 1" balls.
Can be frozen.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 400° oven.
