Ingredients

  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 6 halibut steaks (5-6oz each)
  • 2 T trans free margarine
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 1 large bell pepper cut into strips

Preparation

Step 1

In shallow bowl, combine lemon juice, salt, and paprika. Add fish, cover, and refrigerate for an hour, turning once.

Preheat oven to 450 and coat 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium high heat and cook onion 5-10 min or until brown. Place fish is baking dish and top with onion and pepper strips.

Bake 10 min or until fish is opaque.
