Ingredients
- 3 ounces dried chipped beef, finely chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 1/4 cup chopped olives
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 cups crushed potato chips

Step 1
Mix together. Shape into 30 one-inch balls. Roll in crushed chips. Chill about one hour.
