Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Uncooked Penne Pasta
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions, then drain. In a large skillet, brown beef over medium heat; drain. Reduce heat and add tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; blend thoroughly. Next fold pasta into your ground beef mixture, blending carefully. Be careful not to rip up your pasta. Transfer mixture to a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 25-30 minuted or until heated through.
