- Veg or Canola Oil
- Italian Breadcrumbs
- Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine breadcrumbs and cheese in a bowl. In a separate bowl put the oil in.
Dip the fish in the oil, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place fish on an ungreased pan.
Bake @350' until the fish is brown or flaky. About 12-15 minutes.
