Baked Halibut

If you are in the Pacific Northwest and have access to fresh halibut, this recipe is amazing. In the UK, you can use frozen fish or cod instead and it's not quite the same but still a nice dinner, healthy and quick.

Ingredients
- 4 halibut filets, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup very low fat fromage frais or nonfat sour cream
- 4 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp traditional wholegrain mustard
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius. Place halibut on a baking tray coated with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix fromage frais or sour cream, mayo and mustard in a small bowl. Coat top and sides of each filet. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake fish for approxmiately 10 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
