Ingredients

  • 25 fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • bread crumbs
  • salt
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 can crabmeat (6 1/2 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
  • dash worcestershire sauce

Step 1

1. Blend all ingredients except mushrooms. Clean mushrooms and remove stems; fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
2. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes in shallow buttered dish until hot and bubbly.
