Artichoke Dip

This is the best! Make plenty because when it's gone guests still want more. Food processor needed.

Ingredients
- 1 Clove Garlic, finely minced
- 1 Tbs Onion, grated
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 2 Tbs Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Can Plain (Not Marinated) Artichoke Hearts (14 oz), drained
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Paprika
- Serve with pita bread cut into triangles or tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
In medium to large bowl, thoroughly blend first 5 ingredients. Then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Rinse and drain artichokes and chop into small pieces. Using a food processor works best.
Stir artichokes into mayonnaise mixture.
Spoon into an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle paprika for color.
Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes until dip is bubbling and top is beginning to brown. Serve hot with chips or pita bread.
Dip can be put together a day a head of time and stored in the refrigerator. Then heated when ready to use.
