Smothered Pork Meatballs in Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Havarti Cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Havarti Cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
!. Preheat oven to 375. Combine all meatball ingredients.Roll into 16-18 balls and set aside
2. Spray Pam in a large non stick skillet. Heat skillet to medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides, turning occasionally, takes about 4 minutes.Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on a paper towel to remove grease
3. Add the Marinara sauce to a 2 quart oven proof dish, add meatballs and top with one cup of Havarti cheese
4. bake for 30 minutes
5. Serve with Raviolis
