Breaded Venison Steak

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. VENISON STEAK (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbs. LEMON JUICE
- 2 EGGS
- 1 Tbs. COLD WATER
- 1 tsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/4 tsp. PEPPER
- 1/4 tsp. GARLIC POWDER
- 1/2 tsp. SEASONED SALT
- FLOUR
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups CRACKERS (finely crushed)
- 3 to 4 Tbs. COOKING OIL

Step 1
Remove fat from venison and cut meat into serving-size pieces. Rub lemon juice into steak and let set while you prepare egg mixture and crackers. Beat eggs with water, Worcestershire Sauce, pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt and put aside. Pat steak dry; coat lightly with flour; dip in egg and coat with cracker crumbs.Fry in hot oil until crispy brown on both sides and done the way you like it.
