Biscuits (copycat Red Lobster)

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat, shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup cold water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Melt butter in a small bowl in microwave or over low heat in a small frying pan. Once butter is melted, add ½ Tbsp minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove butter and garlic from heat and add parsley. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick baking mix, reduced-fat cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add cold water and mix just until mixed. Drop batter by heaping tablespoons onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and brush or drizzle garlic butter and parsley onto biscuits. Bake for 5-6 additional minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
