Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork butt (thin wide slices - get from korean store), cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, half rings
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
  • 3 tbsp red pepper paste
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Grill or stir fry with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
