Pan Fried Venison Steak

This is seriously the easiest & the best way to fix a Venison Steak if you are not going to grill it!

Ingredients
- 4 Venison Steaks
- 1/2 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2-3 Tablespoons butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Add the thinly sliced onion to a preheated skillet with butter.
Place the steaks on top of the onions.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Add Worcestershire sauce over steaks.
Cover & let simmer for 12 minutes (longer depending on thickness of steaks)
When meat is cooked almost through, use wooden spoon to mix onions and pan drippings over steaks.
