Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs sausage (Bob Evans long roll)
  • 10 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 slices white bread cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage. chunk it and drain sausage well. Mix all ingredients except sausage. Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours. Bake 50 - 60 minutes in 350 degree oven in 12x9 inch casserole.
