Ingredients
- 2 14oz can artichoke hearts in water (or marinated works goood too)
- 2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch cayenne Pepper, to taste
- salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350°. Combine all ingredients in food processor and whizz until smooth. Spoon into 1 or 2 shallow, oven-proof baking dishes. Bake until golden brown on top and heated through, about 15 minutes. (Dip can also be heated in microwave for faster results.)
Serve with tortilla chips.
