Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 14oz can artichoke hearts in water (or marinated works goood too)
  • 2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch cayenne Pepper, to taste
  • salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 350°. Combine all ingredients in food processor and whizz until smooth. Spoon into 1 or 2 shallow, oven-proof baking dishes. Bake until golden brown on top and heated through, about 15 minutes. (Dip can also be heated in microwave for faster results.)

Serve with tortilla chips.
