- 1 lb. Sausage (like breakfast sausage)
- 1 Bell pepper, diced
- 1 large can of chopped tomatoes, w1 ith juice
- 1 16oz can tomato sauce
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 1 pkg noodles
- Parmesan Cheese
Brown sausage and add peppers, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for 15 min.
Cook the noodles according to pkg directions (I undercook mine a bit as they will continue cooking in the oven.
Combine all together and place in casserole dish. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top liberally and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
