Ingredients
- 4 cups spinach
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T chopped dried cherries
- 2 T slivered almonds
- pinch course grey sea salt
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil over medium heat and saute garlic. Add spinach leaves. As it starts to cook down, add lemon juice, slivered almonds and cherries. Cook about a minute longer, and remove from heat. Sprinkle with a pinch of grey salt.
