Southwest Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (1/2" thick)
- 1 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 16 oz. can baked beans, undrained
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle pork chops with peppered seasoned salt. Brown over medium heat for 2-4 minutes on both sides.
Mix corn, salsa and beans and pour into slow cooker. Top with chops, overlapping as necessary and pressing gently into bean mixture.
Cover and cook on low heat 4-5 hours.
