  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/2 tsp salt
