Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c Mayo
- 1-1/2 c sour cream
- 2 - chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (adjust to your liking)
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Step 1
Put first 4 items in blender and process to a puree. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour to let the flavors combine. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
