  • 1/2 package pepperidge farm frozen puff pastry sheets ( 1 sheet)
  • 1/2 lb bulk pork sausge

Preparation

Step 1

Thaw pastry. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Roll [astry into 12x10 rectangle and cut into 3 (3") strips
divide sausage into thirds. Roll each into a cylinder then length of the pastry. Place on edge of pastry strip. Starting at teh long side, roll up. Press edges to seal.

Cut each toll into 12 (1") slices. Place cut-side down 1 1/2 " apart on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until golden and sausage is done.

Tip: to make pastrys ahead, Freeze on baking sheet-store in plastic bag and then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden and done
