Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 lb chicken cutlets, breaded
  • 1 box cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 C shredded mozz
  • 1/2 C grated cheese
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta.

In pan, heat oil and garlic. Add cream, basil and salt to a low boil.

Put pasta in 13x9 glass baking dish. Pour cream sauce over pasta. Mix in chicken, tomatoes, cheeses.

Bake at 350 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
