  • MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbs chopped chives
  • 1 pound crabmeat, picked through
  • Paprika

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, and flour in a bowl. Add Worcestershire, hot sauce, zest, garlic, Parmesan, and salt, beat until smooth. Add green onions, chives, and crabmeat, continue beating until combined. -Transfer mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan, bake until lightly golden and heated through 30 min. Top with paprika. SERVE WITH BREAD OR CRACKERS & ENJOY
