Ingredients
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate pudding, prepared with fat free milk
- 30 reduced fat vanilla wafers
- Banana sliced into 15 1/4" thick slices

Step 1
Stir peanut butter into pudding until combined.
Spoon 1 tsp pudding mixture on flat side of 15 cookies. Top each with 1 slice banana and 1 more tsp pudding mixture, top with remaining cookie, flat side down. Put into an airtight container and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
Can be stored for up to 2 weeks in airtight container.
