Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 2 T. salad oil
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 t. freshly ground pepper
- 1-1/2 pound pork tenderloin, scored 1/2 inch deep every 2 inches.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat broiler and broiler rack.
In bowl blend all ingredients. Brush one-half on pork. Let stand 10 minutes.
Broil 4” from heat source 8 minutes. Turn. Brush with remaining sauce. Broil 8-10 minutes more. Let set a few minutes, then slice thin on diagonal and serve.
