Ingredients

  • 6 Loin PORK CHOPS
  • 1/2 pkg. PEPPERIDGE FARM STUFFING MIX
  • 2 stalks CELERY, chopped
  • 1 lg. ONION, chopped
  • 1 lg. CARROT, grated
  • 1 C. HOT WATER
  • 1/2 C. Melted BUTTER
  • 1/4 C. BREAD CRUMBS
  • 2 Slightly Beaten EGGS

Preparation

Step 1

Wash PORK CHOPS with running warm water to remove bone chips.
Arrange chops on rack in a foil lined jelly roll pan.
In a large bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients and top each chop with equal amounts.

BAKE 350 degrees F for 1 hour
