Ingredients
- 4-5 lb. PORK ROAST, with bone in
- 2 Cloves GARLIC, sliced
- 1 med. ONION, sliced
- FLOUR
- BLACK PEPPER

Preparation
Step 1
Place PORK ROAST in roasting pan with the fat side up.
Insert GARLIC into the fat.
Place ONION slices on the top of the roast.
Sprinkle FLOUR and BLACK PEPPER over top of roast with.
BAKE 350 degrees F
35 min. per lb. (large roast)
45 min. per lb. (small roast)
Uncovered first half hour
......Covered the rest of the time
Great cooked with a chicken....They seem to add flavor to each other.
Just stud a medium onion with 20 whole cloves and place it in the body of the chicken dust the skin with flour and black pepper and place it in the pan with your pork roast.
