Ingredients

  • 2

    Eggs (beaten)

  • 1 1/2

    C. Sugar

  • 2

    t. Milk

  • 3

    T. Flour

  • 2

    T. Butter

  • 3

    C. Rhubarb, cut into 1" pieces

  • unbaked Pie Shell

Directions

1. Mix first 4 ingredients together until well blended. 2. Cut Rhubarb stems into 1" pieces, then put it in the unbaked Pie Shell and Pour the first 4 ingredients over the Rhubarb and dot the top with Butter. 3. Bake @ 350 degrees until done, the custard around the Rhubarb will be a little brown. You can cut a piece of Aluminum Foil to cover the crust, so it doesn't get to brown.
