Quick Sausage Supper

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage, bulk
- 4 ounces jarred mushroom slices
- 16 ounces whole tomatoes
- 2 tbls flour
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1 package refrigerated buscuit dough (10)
- 8 ounces mozeralla cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1 Brown sausage and onion in large, oven proof skillet until cooked thoroughly. Add flour, tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings. Mix well and heat until bubbly.
2 Cut each biscuit dough into four pieces. Layer all 40 pieces over top of sausage mixture, covering top. Spread cheese over top.
3 Bake at 350° for 14 minutes.
