Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, bulk
  • 4 ounces jarred mushroom slices
  • 16 ounces whole tomatoes
  • 2 tbls flour
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated buscuit dough (10)
  • 8 ounces mozeralla cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1 Brown sausage and onion in large, oven proof skillet until cooked thoroughly. Add flour, tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings. Mix well and heat until bubbly.
2 Cut each biscuit dough into four pieces. Layer all 40 pieces over top of sausage mixture, covering top. Spread cheese over top.
3 Bake at 350° for 14 minutes.
