  • 6 English muffins (split)
  • 1 can crabmeat (drained)
  • 1 jar Old English cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened oleo, margarine, or butter
  • 3/4 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt



Step 1

Split each muffin then quarter each half. Should all fit on a large cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together. Spread onto pieces of English muffins. Freeze. package and store in freezer. When ready to enjoy these, do not thaw. bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until they look puffy
